Fun Zone Inflatable Ride Rules & Regulations
SETUP INFORMATION AND SPECIFICATIONS
● Every inflatable has at least one inflation tube that is attached to a motor/blower; all other inflation tubes need to be securely fastened so air does not escape. Motor/blower needs to be on at all times while inflatable is in use.
● Every inflatable has at least four anchoring points; some slides or larger inflatables will have at least two more to secure it from tipping over.
● Every inflatable has a safety plaque that needs to be read and followed by attendants and users.
● Some inflatables have Velcro and zippers; these need to be closed and fastened at all times.
SETUP LOCATIONS
● Setup can be on grass, concrete/asphalt, hardwood floor, and sand; setup cannot be on mud/dirt, rocks, any sharp objects, on water or on pools.
● Maximum allowed incline or decline for setup location is five degrees.
● Setup location must be cleared of any and all objects; this includes toys, animal excrement, etc.
MOTOR/BLOWER
● Motor/blower needs to be on at all times.
● If motor/blower turns off, the inflatable will lose air and collapse.
POTENTIAL PROBLEMS THAT MIGHT CAUSE UNDER-INFLATION
● Leaves or debris blocking the air suction.
● Inflation tube not securely tightened to blower.
● Using extension cords over 100 feet long.
ELECTRICITY REQUIREMENTS
● Electricity outlets need to be available near setup location. If unavailable, a generator is required.
● Electricity outlets being used should be able to hold up to 20 Amps and 115 Volt power.
● Generator– should be at least 4,000 Watt rated power. Required for park orders.
POTENTIAL PROBLEMS THAT CAN CAUSE ELECTRICITY POWER TO SHORT
● Other appliances being used on the same electricity outlet or breaker.
● Gas in the generator runs out (if applicable).
● If electrical cord has been taken out of the outlet.
● If motor/blower switch has been turned off.
GENERAL ATTENDENT INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
● A responsible adult must be attending/supervising inflatable and users at all times.
● Attendant MUST read and understand safety plaque and operation information.
● Attendant MUST be alert and pay attention to users at all times
● Attendant MUST be standing in a position where he/she has clear view of riders.
● Children under the age of 18 using Fun Zone Party & Event Rentals Llc equipment should never be left alone without an attendant.
SAFETY RULES
● Riders cannot exceed maximum weight, height, and number of riders specified on safety plaque.
● No sharp objects allowed inside the inflatable (shoes, keys, glasses, necklaces, etc.).
● No one is allowed in the inflatable that has or might have physical problems, or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
● Riders must be properly dressed.
● Riders must be of same age, ability, and physical size.
● No food, gum, drinks, pets, or sprays inside of inflatable products

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Equipment, Rent, Payment, and Term of Rental Agreement:
Customer must have at least a 3 day window between the date of booking and the event itself.
Customer rents from Fun Zone Party & Evemt Rentals Llc certain equipment described on the invoice page of this agreement. The rental deposit fee set forth is payable, in full, in advance, and the rental term shall be that listed as “Start Time” on the invoice page of this agreement, but all of Customer’s obligations arising under the terms and conditions of this Rental Agreement shall run from the actual delivery of the rental equipment to the actual pickup of the rental equipment by Fun Zone Party & Event Rentals Llc. If the equipment is delivered and accepted by Customer, then Customer shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever if Customer elects not to use the equipment for reasons not covered in other provisions of this agreement.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
You may cancel your Fun Zone reservation 15 business days prior to your event with written notice, however, the deposit is non-refundable. We can apply the deposit to a new date within a 4 month period. In the event, you know your new reschedule date, we can make the change immediately as long as the requested equipment is available. All deposits expire and are no longer usable after 4 months from the date of your cancelled event. If Fun Zone Party & Event Rentals Llc does not receive written notice 15 business days prior to your event date then the non-refundable deposit (50%) will be forfeited with no option of rescheduling. Cancellations within 7 business days of your event will be charged the full amount of the rental.
Inclement Weather Policy:
Fun Zone Party & Event Rentals Llc. reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to forecasted severe or imminent deterioration of weather conditions. If cancelled due to weather, your deposit will be held as a “Rain Check” to be used within one (1) calendar year. Due to the ever-changing nature of weather forecasts, weather cancellations can only be decided upon the day of the rental. As a safety precaution, Fun Zone Party & Event Rentals Llc. will not set up in the rain or winds of 15 mph and above. If the forecasted weather calls for unfavorable weather conditions, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact our office to discuss canceling the rental and rescheduling the event.
All weather cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to the event date in order to receive a Rain Check. Rain checks are non-transferable. Please be advised that once your delivery is in route, no rain checks, refunds, credit of time or reimbursement will be provided even if the equipment is not used.
Table and Chair Delivery Policy:
We do not currently offer table and chair set up. Table and chair deliveries will be unloaded and delivered to a mutually convenient location just inside of the front entrance of a residence or facility (I.E. driveway or loading dock). Due to strict insurance regulations, we cannot be responsible for damage due to deliveries being made further into a residence or facility. Additional charges may occur due to elevator use or customer delays in delivery/pickups. All items will be counted by Fun Zone Party & Event Rentals Llc. personnel upon delivery and pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the site during delivery and pick-up to verify the accuracy of these counts. If the customer is not available to verify, the customer accepts the counts of our personnel. If any items are not returned in the same manner in which they were delivered, there will be additional charges. Damaged or broken items must also be returned to verify their condition. All equipment must be folded, restacked and cleaned prior to pick up. Additional fees will be charged for any delivery or pick up beyond the ground level.
Order Change Policy: All changes must be made 10 business days prior to the delivery of your order. As these items have been set aside for your order, any changes within 10 business days of delivery will incur an additional labor charge of $25 and/or a $25 restocking fee. Special order, sub-leased items, and company events are not subject to change and non-refundable. Once an order is on a delivery truck, no changes or cancellations of the order will be allowed. The order will need to be paid for in full.
Return Check Policy:
In the event that a check is returned to Fun Zone Party & Event Rentals Llc. for insufficient funds the Renter agrees to pay the total rental price as well as an additional $60.00 fee to Fun Zone Party & Event Rentals Llc. by cash or money order immediately upon notice.
